Instruction Manual

1. This product should be applied directly by brushing or atomizing spraying. Mixing with water for dilution is strictly prohibited.

2. Make sure the release agent is evenly distributed on the mold surface. The application should not be too thick, as excessive release agent will lead to more honeycomb-like bubbles on the component surface.

3. When using an atomizing tool for spraying, try to adjust the atomizing nozzle to achieve the best effect.

4. When using in winter, if there are more bubbles on the component surface, you can try applying the release agent 12 hours before pouring the concrete, allowing the release agent sufficient time to dry and form a film.

Construction Method

1. Clean the surface of the mold base thoroughly;

2. Apply the release agent using a paint roller or spray onto the surface of the mold base;

3. Wipe the surface of the mold base with a damp cloth that has a small amount of oily release agent to ensure that the release agent is evenly attached to the surface of the mold base;

4. After the release agent dries and forms a film, pour the concrete.
