Instruction Manual

1. This product should be diluted with water. The dilution ratio is 4 to 8 times. Before dilution, conduct a small-scale test first to determine the dilution ratio.

2. When diluting, first add a small amount of water (about half the amount of the product) to the degreasing agent, and stir it slightly for a while. Let the degreasing agent fully blend with the water.

3. Repeat step 2 until all the remaining water is added. While adding water, stir it evenly. The degreasing agent should no longer show a granular state in the water when it is done.

4. After dilution, if the degreasing agent is not used for a long time (more than 12 hours), to ensure the homogeneity of the effective components of the degreasing agent, it is necessary to stir it evenly before use.

5. When using the degreasing agent in winter, the temperature is low, which will reduce the adhesion of the degreasing agent emulsion to the mold surface. Coupled with the large temperature difference between day and night, there is a tendency for the mold to stick. Therefore, the following adjustments can be made: appropriately reduce the dilution ratio, for example, if the original dilution ratio was 1:5, then it can be tried to adjust to 1:3 or 1:4; use hot water at 70-80°C for mixing to allow the degreasing agent to fully blend and mix evenly; if the sticking problem does not improve, check if the concrete formula has changed, such as the amount of water reducer, the ratio of cement, sand and stone, the strength of the component, the curing time, etc.

Construction Method

1. Clean the surface of the mold base thoroughly;

2. Mix the demolding agent emulsion according to the determined water ratio and apply it to the mold base surface by using a paint roller or spraying;

3. Wipe the mold base surface with a damp cloth that has a small amount of demolding agent emulsion to ensure the emulsion is evenly spread on the mold base surface;

4. After the demolding agent dries and forms a film, pour the concrete.
