Appearance: Colorless viscous liquid

Usage: Used for exposed aggregate treatment of concrete, treatment of joints, ends, or continuous construction of buildings and concrete components; does not require chiseling or filing methods, forming a rough concrete surface with exposed aggregates.

Ingredients: Organic matter containing -OH and -COOH groups

PH: 7-10

Coverage: 6-8 square meters per KG

Retarding depth: 3-6mm

Storage: Must be stored in a cool place, not exposed to sunlight or rain

Construction Method

1. There is no need to clean the concrete residue on the surface of the formwork.

2. After the product is evenly mixed, apply it directly to the surface of the formwork.

3. After the film dries in the air, concrete can be poured; remove the formwork once the concrete component has reached sufficient strength. Generally, when the temperature is between 20~30°C, it should not be later than 1 day; when the temperature is around 10°C, it should not be later than 2 days, then wash the exposed aggregate surface of the concrete with a high-pressure water gun. If the exposed aggregate surface needs to be washed after a longer time, do not remove the formwork in advance; remove it only when ready to wash. You can also apply 1~2 more layers of the exposed aggregate product to ensure sufficient penetration. It is recommended to conduct a preliminary trial on-site with the materials and conditions to observe its retarding effect.

4. When creating an exposed aggregate finish on a concrete surface, the product can be diluted with 0.2-0.5 times water to increase flowability. Evenly cover the diluted emulsion over the concrete surface where the exposed aggregate effect is desired, and wash with a high-pressure water gun within 2 hours after the component reaches its strength.
