Construction Method

Can be used directly, applied with a roller or sprayed;

Method 1: Paint Roller

1. Remove aluminum shavings, dust, and other solid dirt from the surface;

2. When using a paint roller, ensure even and thorough application (roll the template back and forth twice with the paint roller, with a film thickness of about 25-35 microns as a reference);

3. Once the paint film is surface dry, the templates can be stacked (the paint film reaches a surface dry state about 20-40 minutes after applying the mold release agent).

Method 2: Traditional Air Spraying

1. Remove aluminum shavings, dust, and other solid dirt from the surface;

2. Adjust the emulsion viscosity to the suitable range;

3. Adjust air volume, air pressure, and paint flow to the optimal state for spraying the aluminum template;

4. The distance between the spray gun and the workpiece should be 20-30 cm, spray back and forth once, with a film thickness of 25-35 microns as the optimal thickness.
