Construction Method

1. Thoroughly clean the mold. Molds that previously used oil-based release agents need to be polished and cleaned to ensure that there are no residual concrete deposits, grease, rust, water stains, etc., on the mold surface; seal properly to prevent deterioration.

2. Pour a small amount of this product from the bucket into a clean container for brushing, and tightly seal the remaining product. The coverage area is 15-20 square meters per kilogram.

3. Use a wool brush to apply evenly in one direction, ensuring there are no missed spots or drips.

4. After applying this product, it is necessary to wait 24 hours before pouring concrete.

5. One application of this product can be used for demolding 2-4 times. If reapplying, the old coating must be sanded and cleaned thoroughly.
