Construction Method

Clean the concrete residue on the surface of the formwork thoroughly. Use the original solution or dilute it with water according to a certain ratio, and apply it directly with a paint roller. 1. Clean the surface of the formwork of concrete residue and dust (during construction, if there is adhered cement on the formwork surface, it must be cleaned in time to prevent a thick layer of cement from absorbing the release agent, which would affect the demolding effect. Do not use a grinder when cleaning; use an iron spatula to remove the residue); 2. Apply with a paint roller (if the release agent has been sitting for a long time before use, stir it evenly; aim to apply a thin and even layer when rolling; paint as many formwork panels as possible together, which can reduce construction waste and prevent the release agent from being applied too thickly); 3. After the release agent dries and forms a film, concrete slurry can be poured.
