Construction Method

Aluminum formwork (smooth board) is used for the release of the first three layers. The coating should be applied directly with a roller and must not be diluted with water.

1. Clean the debris and dust from the formwork surface; during construction, if there is ash sticking to the formwork surface, it must be promptly removed with an iron shovel (avoid directly grinding with a grinder as much as possible) to prevent excessive residue from absorbing the release agent, which would affect the demolding effect;

2. Try to keep the aluminum formwork surface dry. If the formwork surface is damp or has water, it needs to be wiped dry with a mop or cloth, otherwise the release agent may not be applied properly, reducing its adhesion to the formwork and affecting the demolding effect;

3. The release agent should be stirred evenly before use; apply it to multiple forms placed side by side if possible.
