Features: Our company, after long-term observation and summary, has developed a polymer release agent specifically for the rough surface sticking of upper molds in pipe pile factories. Its main feature is that the vegetable oil contains solid particles of POM, which can lubricate the concrete and mold surfaces, achieving a smooth and flawless effect between pipe piles and molds. The polymer release agent KG-1360 is the best release product for rough surface sticking on upper molds of pipe piles.

Construction Method

1. Clean the surface of the upper mold tube; 2. According to the determined water dilution ratio, mix and apply the release agent emulsion by brushing or spraying.
