Construction Method

Base Surface Quality

The concrete base must be solid, with sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N/mm²) and tensile strength (at least 1.5 N/mm²). The base must be clean and dry, free of any contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, coatings, or surface treatment materials. The base can be dry or damp, but standing water and frost should be avoided.

Mixing

First, pre-mix each component separately. Wear appropriate antistatic gloves and goggles. Weigh Component A and Component B according to the ratio. Mix with a low-speed electric drill with a mixing paddle (400-600 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until the mixture has a uniform gray color. During mixing, scrape off any material adhering to the inner wall of the mixing bucket in time to ensure there are no color inconsistencies caused by uneven mixing before use. The quantity mixed at one time should be used within the material's work time.

Application

Use a trowel, spatula, or gloved hands to apply the fully mixed material onto the base surface. Post-tension the assembled components within the material's bonding time.
